 This coaching experience gave me the confidence and permission to shift my mindset from always wondering what others needed from me to focusing more on what I want. As a result, I drafted a business plan to turn my hobby into an actual registered business, and I’ve become more comfortable setting boundaries and reclaiming my time.

What surprised me most was the pleasure I felt working on my own goals without worrying about everyone else. I felt happy and excited focusing on my future.

The most valuable part was committing to the work with a supportive group of women. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone ready to focus on themselves.

 My confidence level has grown so much through my experience working with Dr. Monique. Being consistent and actually showing up for myself has been huge progress for me. What surprised me the most was the growth—I can see it and feel it, and it feels great.

The most valuable part was being with like-minded women who were also working toward their dreams and goals. We encouraged each other, and we had an amazing coach who never made our goals feel small.

The only challenge for me was learning to be consistent, but I learned to push forward. I would definitely recommend this course because it helps you grow and move with intention.

This group coaching experience changed my mindset about my life and helped me walk in my purpose with God. As a result, I signed up for school and decided to change my career to something I actually like instead of doing something I’ve just done for years.

 I’ve had the opportunity to witness Dr. Monique teach many people over the years, including myself from a very young age.
